This weekly Nature Into Art
course concentrates on the natural world. Subjects include landscape and seascape, plants, butterflies, birds, shells etc. The course is designed for people interested in botany, wildlife and the countryside. We work in a range of media so students can experiment and find what suits them best. We use a variety of materials including ink, coloured pencil, pastel, graphite, watercolour, acrylic and mixed media, depending on the subject and students’ preferences. Projects may be short or spread over several sessions and involve demonstrations and one-to one help. Whatever the medium, students can borrow materials and purchase paper on the day.
